All returns require an RMA#. To obtain this, please contact customer service at 844-849-4900 option 1, or info@durakey.com.
Upon RMA approval, a UPS Ground return label will be provided at no cost or credit deduction. Please take the package to your local UPS store within 1 WEEK of the RMA being issued.
Credit will not be applied until the return is received and quality checked. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned*. Percentages of credit given are determined at the time of quality inspection upon receipt. Percentage range is as follows:

In the event of a replacement order due to defective or incorrect stock – We will provide a new key/remote free of charge upon receipt of the returned package.
